Although Austin provided some great visuals, you can also read the highlights below.
Though 2020 was a difficult year for everyone, many stories of success could still be found. Not only was the Kucoin hack pretty recent, but we also left our previous card partner, UnionPay behind. Although both of these events affected our company and our users, we were able to quickly turn things around, making many of our services better than ever.
We launched several new products in 2020. All of which brought us more user adoption, expansion on partnerships, and milestones closer to our vision of providing our customers all of their digital asset banking needs. All of our users were welcome to try our new A.I. Predictions tool and subscriptions to the service are also available. It has proven to be highly accurate and useful for many of our users, especially in following the 12 new tokens that were added to the app. Along with crypto loans, we recently launched our savings account options, to where users were able to get in early, with a whopping 21% interest rate! But the true stars of the show were our Crypterium Visa and our B2B (Business to Business) programs. This past year has brought Crypterium 3x’s our number of users, 6x’s the amount of monthly activity and 5x’s the growth in as little as 6 months! That’s some pretty amazing traction and we couldn’t have done it without you!
Though we had considerable success in 2020, there is no denying, we still have room to improve. That’s why, for our New Year’s Resolution, we decided that not only do we need to keep bringing great digital asset service innovations, but to make our current available services the best that they can be. Technology is at the top of our priority list, so look for app functionality improvements and an app redesign in Q1. We are also planning on bringing our long awaited subscription services to the table, more card improvements and availability, as well as the much anticipated re-release of our IBAN service.
Soon after that, we look to bring increased security to the app, with Google Authenticator, add more token options, and continue to build upon our current B2B partnerships, which alone have given us 40k+ card orders. By mid-year, we hope to have Crypterium App seamless, easy to use, with products working to the best of their ability. Although all of this would increase user base and adoption alone, we’ve got much bigger plans for the not-so-distant future.
Recently, we sent out emails to our users about our upcoming crowd investment opportunity. Our offer is a very exciting and important stage in the development of Crypterium. The feedback from the early registers has proven to be very promising, with over 2,200 users showing interest in participating. As we continue to test crowd interest, we are looking to launch on Seeders international platform, giving our users the opportunity to own a piece of Crypterium. But if you get a message from Seeders saying that they can’t help you, due to location restrictions, not all hope is lost. We still see your interest and we will be able to help you directly. So, how will it work?
Once we have completed testing interest in the community, we will set an amount to how much we want to raise and run the campaign. Our Seeder participants will act as nominee shareholders and participate in voting on key issues within the company. Individual shareholders, with individual rights. This will be a stepping stone into a wider community, in the meantime, working with institutional investors. We aren’t doing this because we need extra funding, because we have plenty of capital to reach our immediate goals. We are doing this to open doors to big institutional investors, and that requires a different type of capital than we made during our ICO. This campaign will also allow us to set a baseline price for these future investors. We don’t want to be seen as another small crypto player in a small crypto space. We want to become a player in both the fiat and crypto financial communities. Our B2B is also a big part of that. Don’t miss your chance at this amazing opportunity!
So how will we get there? How will Crypterium go forward and reach our vision? How do we grow as much as we can in the high margin and outsource the low margin services? We will break it down for you in our 4 step Product and User Expansion Strategy.
Step 1: We provide an unmatched user experience.
The first half of the year we will strive to make the app simple to use, fast and efficient. By improving our already existing services, increasing security and adding further options and innovations, we are sure to make Crypterium App intuitive and complete.
Step 2: Partner-led user acquisitions.
With 20+ partners, already, our B2B “white label” solution, we aim to be the leading provider of tech solutions for many digital asset apps. Their name, our product. Simple and effective.
Step 3: Aggressive global expansion.
By acquiring and partnering with companies that have existing local licenses and services, we can expand our global reach much faster then by going it alone. This will allow us to provide, in example, our Crypterium Visa card to users in both the US and in Asia.
Step 4: Own the service chain.
We intend to own the service chain for margins that are high, and outsource services where the margins are low. An example of this would be Crypterium becoming a Visa card issuer to our B2B partners.
Crypterium not only has some great plans for 2021, but amazing opportunities for our community, our current partners and for all of our future users and investors. Crypterium continues to innovate new ways, to provide all of your digital asset banking needs. All in one place, right at your fingertips.
Crypterium is one of the most promising fintech companies, according to KPMG and H2Ventures. We are building a mobile app that meets the banking needs of the digital assets era.
Our goal is clear: With Crypterium, whatever you can do with traditional money, you will do with digital assets.
