What are the main tasks of your department in Crypterium?

The team continuously works on building strong business relationships with partners, closely working together to achieve long-term goals and objectives, and analyzing current industry trends to identify business opportunities that would generate revenue resources and profitability. 

We support the project management team to implement policies and procedures to boost project productivity and develop techniques to attract potential partners.

We are specifically working on integration with a provider, which allows our customers to replenish an account using over 300 payment methods, including instant crypto purchases for cash and even with Walmart vouchers. 

Crypterium has done a lot to maintain the highest customer satisfaction level by addressing our clients’ inquiries, concerns, and requests timely and accurately. 

What is the most challenging part of your job?

As a Business Development Director, I am responsible for partnerships, and the most challenging part is building the right long-term relationship with them. This was especially difficult at the start of the company when we did not yet have that name on the market and the user base that we have now. 

We understand that every business challenge is unique and needs an utterly custom approach and a solution to improve an overall business. Our first partners’ connection with the Crypterium Card was probably the most challenging thing that I managed to do during my company work.

What are the main achievements of 2020?

2020 was a year of continuous product development and business growth for Crypterium, signing numerous co-brand and acquiring service agreements. We completed the core product development and built a full-featured crypto bank in one year. But we’re still doing much work regarding new integration processes.

We made the first official co-brand with Visa in Europe for the issue of cards for crypto companies. Currently, we have agreements with partners to purchase cryptocurrency using plastic Visa cards and Mastercard. We are already cooperating with the largest KYC service providers such as Ondato, following the highest global standards for data monitoring, screening, due diligence, and our customers’ risk scoring.

We are fully supported by the world’s leading crypto exchanges such as Bitfinix, Bithumb, and Okex and made a big step towards cooperating with Genesis Capital and Nexo, the largest digital asset lenders providing a large flow of liquidity.

What are your plans for 2021? 

I’ve been working at Crypterium since the day the project started, and my instinct tells me that this year will be a breakthrough one in the history of the company. In 2021 we plan to improve our customer service quality in terms of reducing the cost of our application and services for the end-user, completely remove commissions for buying cryptocurrency and simplifying the account verification process in Crypterium Wallet. 

Crypterium will allow its clients to send money to any bank account with a European IBAN. It is an open-loop solution that enables users to deposit and withdraw funds from any accounts with no limits and restrictions.

Besides, we plan to add alternative payment systems, issue new gold and steel cards, connect new exchanges to list CRPT tokens.
